Yes, this is another blog post about books. What can I say, my brand is strong. I read FOURTEEN (14) books in January! Honestly I’m not even sure how, but I’m not going to lie, it feels amazing to be cruising along towards my goal of 100 books this year. So, without further ado, here are the books I read in January:
- The Au Pair – Emma Rous
- The Kiss Quotient – Helen Hoang
- The Lies We Told – Camilla Way
- The Perfect Nanny – Leila Slimani
- The Family Next Door – Sally Hepworth
- Freefall – Jessica Barry
- The Cheerleaders – Kara Thomas
- A Great and Terrible Beauty -Libba Bray
- Rebel Angels – Libba Bray
- My Friend Anna – Rachel DeLoache WIlliams
- The Last Time I Saw You – Liv Constantine
- Such a Perfect Wife – Kate White
- Lock Every Door – Riley Sager
- The Water Cure – Sophie Mackintosh
I’ve really been into reading books written by women lately. It started out unintentionally (someone even pointed out that my top books of 2019 were all written by women, which was wholly unintentional but honestly not surprising) but once I was about 10 books into this year I wondered how long I could just keep reading books by women authors. So that’s my new challenge to myself–to keep this streak up for as long as possible.
