Overall, this was a pretty good month for my reading. I took a trip to see my family in California so those long flights were key for me hitting my goals. Not to mention sitting in the sun in my parent’s backyard reading.
Unfortunately I did not hit my goal of finishing a nonfiction book this month–I’m still slugging along with my current pick. It’s fascinating and I’m learning a ton, it’s just not a particularly quick read.
49. Goodbye, Again: Essays, Reflections, and Illustrations – Jonny Sun
50. Sisters – Daisy Johnson
51. The Unhoneymooners – Christina Lauren
52. His Only Wife – Peace Adzo Medie
53. And Now She’s Gone – Rachel Howzell Hall
54. The Roommate – Rosie Danan
55. Dear Edward – Ann Napolitano
56. Malibu Rising – Taylor Jenkins Reid
57. The Boyfriend Project – Farrah Rochon
58. Friends and Strangers – J. Courtney Sullivan
59. Skye Falling – Mia McKenzie
We’re almost halfway to the yearly goal!!! I have so many books on hold at the library that I’m waiting to come in, but I’m always looking for more recommendations so please let me know if there’s something you love that I should add to the pile!
xoxo,
J
