Hello friends! Sorry for the absence, I’ve been busy with a lot of life changes–like moving across the country! (More on that later.) Due to this move, my September was pretty light on the reading but once I’m settled in my new house I fully expect to pick up again and meet my goal of 120 books this year. I’m allegedly still on track, even with this slow month.
Here are the books I managed to read this past month:
86. Spoiler Alert – Olivia Dade
87. The Final Girl Support Group – Grady Hendrix
88. The Night She Disappeared – Lisa Jewell
89. Who’s That Girl? – Mhairi McFarlane
90. Imposter Syndrome – Kathy Wang
91. The Turnout – Megan Abbott
If you’re going to pick just one of these to read, I would recommend Imposter Syndrome. It’s a fascinating novel about a Russian spy in Silicone Valley and I could not put it down!
Anything I should be reading in October? Spooky book recommendations are more than welcome!
xoxo,
J
